New for this week: curly kale (local). The Sweet Mama squash are a good size and we look forward to trying one. Chard is not being ordered very much, which is a shame. Each head provides us with at least four servings and it holds well. Saute the chopped stems in butter with garlic and add the washed leaves after a couple of minutes. It doesn't disappear like spinach, so tear or coarsely chop the leaves too. We seem to be coming to the end of the parsnips, and don't expect the celeriac or swede to last much longer either.

Please use either this order form (in Microsoft Word), or this spreadsheet order form to list what you want and send it as an attached file to paul@arkstonemill.co.uk.
